    Amaya’s Professional Massage & Holistic Healing provides professional massage and holistic wellness services, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Amaya’s Massage, a personalized session that may blend more than one massage modality depending on the client’s needs.

    All services are intended to support relaxation, wellness, mobility, tension relief, and general well-being. Massage therapy is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

    3. Booking Appointments

    Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by direct communication with Amaya’s Professional Massage & Holistic Healing.

    When booking an appointment, clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the correct service, date, and time. Appointment availability may vary based on business hours, service duration, and schedule openings.

    We reserve the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.

    4. Client Health and Safety

    Clients are responsible for sharing any relevant health information before receiving a massage, including injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, allergies, skin conditions, medications, or areas of discomfort.

    Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing contagious illness, fever, flu-like symptoms, active infection, or any condition that may affect your safety or the safety of others.

    Massage services may be modified, postponed, or declined if there is a concern about client safety, therapist safety, or medical appropriateness.

    5. Scope of Practice

    Massage therapy services are provided for wellness and therapeutic support. Amaya’s Professional Massage & Holistic Healing does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, provide chiropractic adjustments, perform physical therapy, or replace care from a licensed medical professional.

    Any information provided during a session or on this website is for general wellness purposes only.

    6. Payments

    Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the booking method used.

    Prices may vary by service type, length of session, promotions, or booking platform. Current service pricing is listed on the website and/or booking page. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

    7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 18 Hours notice.

    Appointments canceled with less than 18 Hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50

    No-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

    Note: If Amaya already has a Square cancellation policy, match this section exactly to her Square settings.

    8. Late Arrival Policy

    Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client.

    Late arrivals may still be charged for the full scheduled service time.

    If you are more than [Insert Number] minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be subject to the cancellation/no-show policy.

    9. Refunds

    Completed massage services are non-refundable.

    Gift cards, packages, or prepaid services may be subject to separate refund or expiration policies based on the terms provided at the time of purchase.

    10. Gift Cards

    Gift cards may be available for purchase through the website or booking platform.

    Gift cards are redeemable only for services offered by Amaya’s Professional Massage & Holistic Healing and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

    Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaceable unless proof of purchase is provided.

    11. Professional Boundaries

    Amaya’s Professional Massage & Holistic Healing maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment at all times.

    Any inappropriate behavior, language, requests, harassment, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full service fee may still be charged, and the client may be refused future service.

    Massage therapy is strictly professional and therapeutic.

    Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

    A parent or legal guardian may be required to remain present during the appointment depending on the client’s age, service type, and business policy.
